How do I find a release?

Use the search box or browse by format and genre. Check the edition and product details before ordering.

Will a disc work with my player?

Check the format and region listed for the release against your player’s specifications. If anything is unclear, email info@dmostore.com before purchasing.

How can I get help with an order?

Send your order number and a description of the issue to our support email. Contact us promptly about an incorrect item, an address error, a missing parcel or an unexpected charge.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us as soon as possible. Changes depend on the order’s processing status and cannot be guaranteed.

Are gift cards available?

Gift-card purchasing and redemption are not currently available at DMO Store.

Where are the shipping and payment details?
